The symbolism of the koi fish takes center stage in Jehan Chan's Koi Fish Series, as nine koi fish gracefully navigate a serene lotus pond. Lush green lily pads float across the calming blue water, with pink lotuses blooming, adding to the scene's tranquility. Koi fish are powerful symbols of perseverance, strength, and good fortune. Chan not only captures nature’s beauty but also creates a spiritual reflection on resilience and purity, offering viewers a reminder of the interconnectedness and flow of life’s journey.
