Abdul Ghani Ahmad, a self-taught artist, emerged from Kuala Lumpur's Central Market. He has taken part in numerous national and international exhibitions and is a member of the Asian Watercolor Confederation. He took part in the MWS 2012 Annual Exhibition held at Kuala Lumpur's NN Gallery (2012). His watercolor paintings are mostly inspired by sweeping, diverse nature, as well as rural scenes that reflect regional customs and culture.
