Chow Chin Chuan obtained Diploma in Fine Art and Figure Design from Kuala Lumpur College of Art (1982-1983). To date, he has held over eleven solo exhibits, his first being named Tribute To The Bicycle in 2002 and Flavor at The One Gallery in 2018. He has taken part in overseas group exhibitions in Korea, Taiwan, China, Japan, Indonesia, India, and Sweden. He won the Minor Award at the Young Contemporaries, National Art Gallery, Kuala Lumpur, in 1990, and the Consolation Prize at the Sin Chew Press Cartoon Contest in 1989.
